Spring Fashion Show -- Dresses part Deux

This Designer gets taped into her dress, fashioned from a vintage blouse. The back of the dress is entirely made of satin ribbons, tied in bows all down the spine.

Yours truly! I couldn't get a decent shot of the other dress I modeled, but it was kind of a cluster eff throwing this one off and getting that one on; I think it took sixty seconds, tops. People were pulling off my shoes and everything! Madness!

A stunning period gown... the Designer said that this jacket portion of the dress took 3 hours to make --- uh, you win! Check out the little birdies in her tall hair!

Spring Fashion Show -- The Dresses!

I'm so into pale colors right now, this green is so fresh! It reminds me of a Jordan Almond. Kudos for the shoes, girl!

The strips of color in the bodice are shingled; so pretty! I love how the pop of red punks it up a bit.

The red dress wraps around her left arm as a shawl would. Love these colors, especially on these particular girls!

My "Look of the Day" Designer models her own creation. She's paired mint-green heels (which she thrifted; funnily I also thrifted the same pair!) with a nude/black dress, which was a combination I adored.

Spring Fashion Show

Saturday was 11 hours well-spent at our annual Spring Fashion Show. I modeled for another student.

Hair and makeup, 9 a.m.

I deemed this Designer "Look of the Day". Love the stacks of bangles, the high-waisted pleated pants, and graphic tank top.

Another Designer hems up her garment. Doesn't her model look like Snow White?

Disappointed by the lack of cool "Sex and the City" movie-going outfits, I was redeemed when I saw Rimar studying as I passed the Barnes and Noble in this clean, simple, tailored look that makes good use of white sneakers.

Lovely folks...

Not only am I a big fan of pretty for pretty's sake, but I'm also on a short time leash for the next few days. Hence, this brief post populated by Wardrobe Remix folks in shades of yellow, cream and blue.

As for me, I'm wrapping up my final collection, which I've titled "Le BonBon Sportif". By wrapping up, I mean cramming every hour from the time I hit "Publish Post" til Monday at noon with workhorsing.
